Mariah Carey has realised the true power of her voice, after learning a young girl was able to control her house's garage door by playing one of her tracks.
The HONEY singer, who holds the world record for hitting the highest note ever recorded, is delighted about the versatility of her records' uses.
She says, "It was told to me that there was a little girl who was playing one of my records over and over... and her mother didn't realise that she was doing this and she saw the garage door kept opening up every time the high note would hit.
"She thought somebody was playing a trick on her but it turned out that it was the note that was activating something."
