Davis: 'Nixon Wasn't Aroused By Women On Satc Set'
KRISTIN DAVIS is stunned her former SEX AND THE CITY co-star CYNTHIA NIXON is now in a lesbian relationship - because Nixon had previously assured her she didn't find women attractive.
The EMMY-winning actress, who played lawyer MIRANDA HOBBS in the hit TV show, is now dating CHRISTINE MARINONI, after splitting from long-term boyfriend DANNY MOZES.
And Davis admits she'd asked Nixon if a screen kiss she shared with a woman years before had any effect on her.
She says, "One time... she had a storyline where they wrote that she gets set up on a blind date and she thinks it's with a man, but in fact it's a woman when she gets there.
"So then the storyline is that she kisses the woman to see if she feels anything and the answer was no.
"And I remember when we were doing the storyline and I was like, 'So Cynthia, did you feel anything?' She was like, 'No!' I was like, 'Are you sure? 'Cause it's okay, I won't tell anyone. It'll be cool.' She was like, 'No, I felt nothing. Doesn't interest me.'"
She adds of Nixon's current romance, "I think it was the person; she fell in love with this person. Kind of surprising to herself. I don't think she expected (it)."08/06/2005 21:26
