Actress Laura Dern has given birth to her second child, a baby daughter, with musician partner Ben Harper.

The girl, whose name is being kept secret, was born on Sunday (28NOV04), reports PAGESIX.COM.

Dern - whose new movie Happy Endings opens the Sundance Film Festival in January (05) - already has a three-year-old son, ELLERY WALKER, with Harper.
