Diddy Case Thrown Out Of Court
A lawsuit filed against rap mogul SEAN 'P DIDDY' COMBS has been thrown out of a New York court for being "legally deficient".
The BAD BOY RECORDS boss had been accused of civil racketeering by former business partner KIRK BURROWES, who claimed Combs had threatened him with a bat in order to acquire his stake in their company - worth $25 million (GBP15.6 million).
However, MANHATTAN FEDERAL COURT Judge JED RAKOFF dismissed the suit - which also tried to link Diddy to the slaying of rival Marion 'Suge' Knight's bodyguard - saying, "Inadequate it is, dismissed it must be."
Furious Burrowes is already planning to appeal the decision, saying, "Puffy Combs owes me."19/11/2003 17:47
