Doherty In Hot Water Again

Pete Doherty caused further controversy on Monday (05DEC04) when he arrived two hours late for a show with his new band Babyshambles.

The estranged LIBERTINE was due to play at London radio station XFM's WINTER WONDERLAND fundraising concert at the Hammersmith Apollo, but he arrived so late his set was cut back to only two songs.

Doherty performed a solo acoustic version of The Libertines song TIME FOR HEROES before being joined onstage by the rest of Babyshambles to play their current single KILLAMANGIRO.

Security staff cut the rest of the show short and then asked the band to leave the premises. The event, which also featured Kasabian, Embrace, THE Zutons and Razorlight raised money for British homeless charity SHELTER.
