Dance supremo Fatboy Slim has named performing at the 2001 Vanity Fair OSCAR bash his most boring gig.

The PRAISE YOU star and radio presenter wife Zoe Ball travelled to Hollywood to provide the entertainment at the glossy magazine's annual post-Academy Awards party.

Fatboy, real name NORMAN COOK, moans, "Absolutely nobody danced all night because everyone was networking.

"Zoe got a little posse together with Kate Hudson and STELLA McCARTNEY - and they tried to start the dancing and failed.

"In the end John Cleese came over and asked me to turn it down. He said, 'No offence, but nobody's really dancing and if you turned it down a little, at least we could talk.'

"They were all there Puff Daddy, J.Lo, everyone. The Vanity Fair party is 'the' Oscar after-party so I thought it would be fantastic, but it was terrible."
