Eighties rockers Genesis are planning a London stage musical based on their songs.

The group's former guitarist Mike Rutherford wants to follow in the footsteps of Queen, Rod Stewart and Abba and turn Genesis' tunes into a money-spinning stage show.

Rutherford says, "We're a bit behind the times as there are already so may of those musicals out there - but we should do it."

But the TURN IT ON AGAIN hitmaker insists there is no chance of a reunion with former bandmates Phil Collins, Tony Banks and Peter Gabriel.
