Gun-Toting Elvis Took Aim At Frank Sinatra

Legendary singer Elvis Presley used a real gun to shoot his television set when rival crooner Frank Sinatra appeared on the small screen.

And OL' BLUE EYES was not the only famous face to incur the wrath of the gun-toting King. Other performers who cost the HEARTBREAK HOTEL star the price of a new television set included Sinatra's RAT PACK pal SAMMY DAVIS JNR.

The revelation was disclosed by singer ROBERT GOULET - on the 26th anniversary of Elvis' death - who once met with the sexy singer at his GRACELAND home.

Goulet says, "He did it to a whole bunch of people including Frank Sinatra and Sammy. He simply didn't like anyone else singing. Whenever Elvis' entourage heard gunshots someone would say, 'Time to get another set.'

"I only met him once. He was just a delightfully sweet man."
