Hetfield Plans To Sit Down With Mustang

Metallica leader James Hetfield is keen to meet up with former bandmate DAVE MUSTANG after seeing the MEGADETH star venting his frustrations about him in the group's hit new documentary.

The film, SOME KIND OF MONSTER, is a raw and honest look at the warring group's past troubles from before Hetfield checked into rehab to control his heavy drinking and temper tantrums. And it features a candid chat with Mustang, who rips into his former bandmate for his bad attitude.

Now sober three years and keen to make amends for his past actions, Hetfield says, "Coming together and talking with Dave I'm sure will happen at one point... We share a lot of struggles and it was evident in that scene.

"He still struggles with stuff. I'd love to get together and talk with him."
