SIR Ben Kingsley plans to continue acting until he dies.

The Gandhi actor, 60, has no plans to retire and is determined to carry on acting until "the end of my days".

Kingsley says, "It would be like saying, 'You can't dream for the rest of your life.'

"Look at the painters: MATISSE was painting in bed because he was so infirm.

"RENOIR has to have a paintbrush tied to his hand.

"I don't think that it's possible to stop."
