KORN star Jonathan Davis is being sued by a one-time business partner over the rightful ownership of American serial killer TED BUNDY's car.

ARTHUR ROSENBLATT claims he loaned the singer the macabre memorabilia item, which he rightfully owns, when Davis agreed to set up a museum of serial killers' artefacts with him.

But Rosenblatt was forced to file a stolen car report when it became clear that Davis wasn't going to contribute to the project.

Los Angeles police put the Volkswagen Beetle up for repossession, but when enforcement officers tried to take it from Davis' property, the rocker allegedly turned violent and persuaded them to leave the vehicle where it was.

Rosenblatt filed a lawsuit earlier this week (begs29NOV04),which he hopes will force Davis to hand over the car keys.

But Davis' publicist tells American scandal show CELEBRITY JUSTICE that the rocker and Rosenblatt were never business partners.
