British boyband star Lee Ryan has moved up in the world, a new song he has written shares album space with Bob Dylan and Elvis Presley.

The BLUE singer - more famous for his colourful love life and brushes with the law - penned WHY ME for a soundtrack of songs "inspired" by MEL GIBSON'S new movie The Passion Of The Christ.

The song, Ryan's vocals accompanied by guitar, stands side by side with old and new contribution from the likes of Dylan, Elvis, Leonard Cohen and NICK CAVE.

According to reports, sales of the spin-off LP have soared.
