The man accused of stealing Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony's wedding video has pleaded guilty in court yesterday (14JUN06) of attempted grand larceny. TITO MOSES, one of two men who tried to negotiate a $1 million (GBP555,555) ransom from the celebrity couple, was promised a more lenient sentence of one-and-a-half to three years behind bars by Manhattan's state Supreme Court for his admission of guilt. Moses and his accomplice were caught when a 'rep' for Lopez and Anthony turned out to be an undercover cop. They stole the couple's June 2004 wedding video from a laptop computer in Anthony's Cadillac Escalade in October 2005. Moses is still awaiting sentencing in New Jersey for the car theft. STEVEN WORTMAN, Moses' alleged partner in crime, has pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy, attempted grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. His case is pending.
