McCormack Blames Falling Ratings On Nbc Bosses
WILL AND GRACE actor ERIC McCORMACK blames executives at US TV network NBC for the show's poor ratings performance this year (05), because they refused to advertise the show's new airing times.
The comedy is set to end next year (06) after an award-winning eight-series stint, but the Canadian star insists DEBRA MESSING and himself are not responsible for the drop in ratings.
The 41-year-old says, "I've gone to NBC every year and said, 'If you're going to move us, could you tell people?' But I think NBC took a laissez-faire attitude."
