Moss Apologises For Cocaine Scandal
LATEST: Supermodel Kate Moss apologised yesterday (22SEP05) to her friends, family and business partners following allegations of her drug taking.
The 31-year-old was photographed in British newspaper the Daily Mirror last week (15SEP05) snorting what appeared to be cocaine in a recording studio with her on/off boyfriend Pete Doherty's band Babyshambles.
Moss claims she is taking her first tentative steps towards solving the issues blighting her personal life.
She says in a statement released by the Storm Model Management agency: "I take full responsibility for my actions.
"I also accept that there are various personal issues that I need to address and have started taking the difficult, yet necessary, steps to resolve them."
"I want to apologise to all of the people I have let down because of my behaviour which has reflected badly on my family, friends, co-workers, business associates and others."
Moss has always strenuously denied past rumours she takes drugs, and won a libel case against British newspaper the Sunday Mirror in July (05) over an article it published claiming she collapsed in Barcelona, Spain, in 2001 following a cocaine binge.
