Music Producer Henry Lewy Dies

Longtime JONI MITCHELL recording engineer and producer HENRY LEWY died in Prescott, Arizona on Saturday (15APR06). He was 79. Lewy worked with Mitchell on 13 albums and also served as engineer and producer for NEIL YOUNG, VAN MORRISON, LEONARD COHEN and JOAN BAEZ, among others. The German native started his music career as a disc jockey on stations in Los Angeles, San Diego, California and Las Vegas, Nevada in the 1950s.
