Nighy Fears Fan Violence

British acting veteran Bill Nighy is anxious to avoid over-exposing his talents, because he fears sparking a violent backlash.

The LOVE ACTUALLY star is currently filming the next two installments of the Pirates Of The Caribbean franchise and has been lauded for recent roles in Underworld: Evolution and THE CONSTANT GARDENER - but he fears there will be recriminations if he doesn't slow down soon.

He explains, "I don't want people to get sick of the sight of me.

"You never know. Someone might come up to me and say, 'Jesus, not you again,' before smacking me in the mouth.

"There's got to be someone out there who can't tolerate me."
