Rocker Tom Petty is planning an emotional tribute to his brother-in-law, who lost his battle with AIDS a decade ago.

The I WON'T BACK DOWN singer has persuaded high-profile pals like BARBRA STREISAND, Cher, Bob Dylan and Barry Manilow to appear at his upcoming CONCERT FOR STEPHEN gala in Orange County, California, on 7 February (04).

The concert will be dedicated to the late STEPHEN CY COSTICK, the brother of Petty's wife DANA.
