Hollywood heart-throb Johnny Depp managed to woo porn star Traci Lords into his bed - only for the blue movie queen to bolt from his hotel room.
The incident happened when the pair filmed the cult 1990 flick CRY BABY.
And experienced Traci admits she was so nervous of living up to her screen image with Johnny - who currently stars in PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN - that she fled his bed.
In her new autobiography UNDERNEATH IT ALL she says, "God knows I'd had sexual experience, but most had taken place stoned in front of a camera.
"I was thinking, 'Would Johnny expect me to be amazing in bed?' What if I wasn't? How could I possibly date anyone, let alone sleep with him, with all this pressure?
"He climbed into bed next to me and smiled. I was nervous as heck with him so close.
"He pulled the hair band out of my ponytail and smiled, saying it looked better down.
"His fingers in my hair freaked me out. His face was too close. I tried to ignore the closeness of his lips and act cool.
"I tried not to run from the door. I slammed the door to my room on the way in, embarrassed at how flustered I'd been. Had he noticed? I wasn't sure."
