Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip will be the only members of the British royal family not to watch their son Prince Charles marry CAMILLA PARKER BOWLES next month (APR05).

The monarch and her husband won't be attending the civil ceremony at the Guildhall in Windsor, England, on 8 April (05) but will be present at the church blessing at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle afterwards.

Charles' siblings Princess Anne, PRINCE ANDREW and Prince Edward will be in attendance at the civil service, it was announced yesterday (23MAR05).

The groom's eldest son, Prince William, will act as a witness to the union alongside Parker Bowles' son TOM. William's brother Prince Harry will be seated in the front row.

Parker Bowles' father MAJOR BRUCE SHAND, 88, and her adult daughter Laura will also both be present at the wedding.
