Record supremo Quincy Jones has enlisted the talents of Alicia Keys, LL COOL J and Andrea Bocelli to help him raise awareness for the world's poverty-stricken children at a massive benefit gig next month (MAY04).

The free WE ARE THE FUTURE concert, which will be held in Rome, Italy's CIRCUS MAXIMUS ARENA, will also feature a host of entertainers including Angelina Jolie, Muhammad Ali, Oprah Winfrey and Lionel Ritchie.

And Jones - who was the force behind charity single WE ARE THE WORLD in the 1980s - hopes the 16 May (04) event will raise money and awareness for the plight of disenfranchised kids.

He explains, "This event is a clarion call to the world to take notice of the plight of children everywhere.

"Mortality rates among children are soaring and the international community must respond."
