Dennis Rodman is facing legal action from a former employee who claims he's owed money by the basketball star's restaurant.

Before leaving his longtime home base in Newport Beach, California, Rodman took on ownership of a local restaurant called Joe Slocum's, which employed JOSE CRUZ MORALES as a bus boy.

And now Morales claims that not only did he suffer verbal abuse at the hands of Rodman before being dismissed, he was also cheated out of money owed in overtime hours worked.

He tells American TV show CELEBRITY JUSTICE, "(Rodman) used the F word and the mother F word. I didn't really appreciate that because I was doing my job and I was just an employee trying to make some money, and trying to make a living."

Morales claims that more than a year ago, the LABOUR RELATIONS BOARD ordered the restaurant to pay up $2,015 (GBP1,060) - but he's allegedly still waiting to be paid.

He now has a writ of execution, which would allow him to enter the premises and take the value of what he claims to be owed in products.
