Queen Latifah's upcoming remake of TAXI is becoming increasingly different to the original, with the number of gender switches rising.
The movie, which will also star Saturday Night Live comedian Jimmy Fallon, is now in pre-production and will go before cameras in September (03).
The original French Luc Besson comedy featured a pizza boy-turned-cab driver, but when Latifah came on board earlier this summer the character became an ex-pizza woman, who teams up with Fallon's bank robber-chasing detective.
Now the bank robbers have also undergone a sex change. Instead of the German gang from the original, Latifah and Fallon will be chasing after a sexy Brazilian woman who leads a gaggle of gorgeous females on a New York crime spree.
