Simpson's Butt Workout
The singer/actress was determined not to rely on a butt double to play the curvaceous cowgirl in her movie debut - so she enlisted the help of trainer MIKE ALEXANDER who put Simpson through a tireless schedule.
Alexander says, "Jessica wanted more of a bump for her rear end."
The 25-year-old was forced through lunges and squats while holding weights. Alexander also put her on the South Beach Diet, which is low-fat and low in carbohydrates. In the end Simpson lost an impressive 3.6 kilograms (eight pounds) and dropped to an American dress size two.
