The Who + Moon Top Outrage Poll

British band THE WHO have topped a British poll of "rock outrage" for their wild pranks and drug experiences.

BBC RADIO 6 researchers have trawled rock archives to find the most shocking stories of excess and hedonism and decided no one can top The Who - particularly their late drummer KEITH MOON.

Moon's urgent need for medical treatment before and after performances is the list's number one, while his reckless behaviour - like famously driving his ROLLS ROYCE into his swimming pool - came second.

Also making the list was OZZY OSBOURNE's cross-dressing trip to Texas landmark THE ALAMO, where he was arrested for public urination, and JIMI HENDRIX's infamous Miami, Florida, show, where he set fire to his guitar.
