Veteran singer TINA TURNER shocked Canadian TV viewers during a recent spirited performance - when one of her breasts nearly fell out of her top.

The SIMPLY THE BEST star, 65, remained the consummate professional and quickly adjusted her skimpy dress.

An onlooker says, "She found it all hilarious and quickly covered up."
