Lost novelty tunes Irish singer VAN MORRISON recorded to get out of his Bang Records contract in the late 1960s have been unearthed by staff at a New Jersey radio station.

The 31 rare tunes, all improvised by Morrison in a recording studio in 1967, feature titles like WANT A DANISH and BLOW IN YOUR NOSE and mostly feature the same tune.

The session, known as the Bang Records Sessions, is now being made available to fans on WFMU's website wfmu.org.
