Legendary director John Woo thanks pal Quentin Tarantino for his phenomenal Hollywood success.

The gushing Paycheck creator is Tarantino's biggest fan, and insists their mutual respect for each others work has helped him achieve his respected position in the film industry.

Woo says, "Me and Quentin are very good friends. He has seen so many good movies and of course, he loved mine because he loves all that kung fu.

"He helped me so much and made things happen for me. He is a real passionate guy and I wouldn't be anywhere without his help."
