Rapper A$Ap Rocky is facing a lawsuit stemming from an alleged bust-up in New York earlier this year (12).

The hip-hop star, real name Rakim Mayers, was arrested in July (12) after allegedly fighting with two photographers who had filmed an altercation between him and another man in a clothing store.

The alleged victim, Shenick Alcine, is now suing Mayers over the incident, according to Tmz.com.

The lawsuit comes weeks after Mayers struck a plea deal over the July arrest (12) and was sentenced to three days of community service and ordered to pay a $250 (£156) fine.
