Actress/model Barbara Dacoscos has filed suit against bosses at electronics giant Samsung amid allegations they re-used advertising images of her without the beauty's permission.
The star, who has featured in Will Smith's Hitch and Jack Black's comedy The School of Rock, began appearing in marketing campaigns for a dishwasher in June, 2009 as part of an 18-month contract.
However, her image was reportedly recycled for further commercials that ran twice last year (12) - after the end of her contract - and now she is suing Samsung Electronics America executives and those at U.S. retailer P.C. Richard & Son, who published the ads, for failing to obtain her permission.
She is demanding $600,000 (£375,000) in compensation and has asked a judge to block the companies from using the pictures again, reports the New York Daily News.
