Amanda Bynes has been accused of her third 'hit and run' within the space of just three months. A Los Angeles woman filed a police report this week claiming the actress "rear-ended" her and then drove off without exchanging insurance information, reports Tmz.com.
A woman named Kisa says she was driving her Toyota Corolla on Ventura Blvd in the San Fernando Valley when she was struck by a woman in a black Bmw. Kisa says she didn't recognise the woman at first, because she "looked like a hot mess", though later realised it was Bynes. The woman got out her insurance card to exchange information but says Bynes "seemed nervous" and said the damage to the Corolla didn't look that bad. She then claimed that after a brief conversation, Bynes just got in her car and drove away. Kisa tells Tmz.com that police responded and took a hit and run report, with the officer asking, "Didn't she just get a Dui?" when Bynes' name came up in the conversation.

The actress was arrested on suspicion of Dui on April 6 (she pled not guilty) and was also accused of hit and run incidents on May 5 and May 27. Bynes' representatives are yet to comment on the latest accusations. She starred alongside Emma Stone in the 2010 comedy 'Easy A'.
