Amanda Holden is in hospital after pulling out of the auditions of the latest series of 'Britain's Got Talent.' Holden was due to be judging the round of public auditions in Blackpool, but is heavily pregnant and went in to hospital for "observation" according to sources. There is apparently no cause for alarm as Holden took herself to hospital, reports the UK's Daily Telegraph - though there have been no confirmed reports that the star has gone into labour. Holden was always expected to miss a large chunk of this year's 'Britain's Got Talent' owing to the forthcoming birth of her second child.
Holden, and of course show boss Simon Cowell, are the only original judges left of a new look panel for the new series of 'Bgt,' with comedian David Walliams already making headlines with a series of lewd jokes and constant use of innuendo in what is supposed to be a family show. Others who've joined the show include former 'Strictly Come Dancing' judge Alesha Dixon in what amounts to a major blow for Itv's rival Bbc who had seen Dixon as the pinnacle of their 'X Factor' bothering reality show.
Holden had turned up to the Manchester auditions in cheerful mood, though did take some criticism for wearing heels despite being heavily pregnant, to which she replied on Twitter "I walk less than 25metres a day in heels whilst up the duff! Just saying!"
