Actress Amanda Seyfried is returning to her modelling roots as the new spokesmodel for cosmetics company Cle de Peau Beaute.
The Mamma Mia! star is fronting the Japanese make-up brand's winter (11) advertising campaign and has donned their bright lipsticks and dramatic eye make-up for a series of beauty shots for Marie Claire magazine.
Cle de Peau Beaute bosses have hailed the blonde beauty as a perfect fit for the brand, calling her a "luminous presence".
A statement reads, "A true shining star, Amanda started modeling at age 11 before establishing herself in the performing arts, not only as an actress, but as a singer/songwriter. Her impressive career is complemented by her humanitarian efforts on behalf of children with autism.
"As the exciting embodiment of luminous sophistication and natural radiance, Amanda Seyfried captures the very essence of Cle de Peau Beaute. She is pure of heart, vibrantly alive, and brings joy to the lives of others."
Seyfried worked as a child model for Wilhelmina Models agency, but gave it up at 17 to pursue an acting career.
