Amanda Seyfried struggles to find clothes that fit.

The 'Les Miserables' actress' current favourite designer is Belstaff as it is one of the few fashion houses where she doesn't have to get the garments altered to fit her petite frame.

She said: ''I've been wearing Belstaff. It fits me well. I'm pretty short and have to alter everything, so it's nice when it just works.

''I'm happy Alexander Wang is the new creative director for Balenciaga too - I love him.''

The 27-year-old beauty favours a ''casual'' style of dressing and feels she has gone for a formal look if she wears high heels.

She revealed: ''My style is definitely casual. I usually wear a t-shirt and jeans.

''I was invited to the Prada show last year - only my second ever show - so I wore a new Prada coat and heels and felt like I was dressing up for the day.''

The 'Lovelace' star also admitted she has had her fair share of fashion disasters in the past.

She added in a chat with ELLE magazine: ''When I was 18, I bought an amazing black Moschino dress for the 'Mean Girls' premiere. I was such an idiot because I wore it with a white bra. Look it up if you want a laugh.''
