Angels & Airwaves were offended when their bus driver said they weren't acting rock 'n' roll enough.

The 'Saturday Love' band - fronted by Tom DeLonge - recently toured across Europe and their driver was surprised by how little potential hedonism their rider contained.

Guitarist David Kennedy exclusively told BANG Showbiz: ''The bus driver on this trip told us, 'Your dressing room looks weak', I kind took offence. It's just too much waste. We don't have strippers and cocaine. Just Coca-Cola Zero.

''We're super minimal, just chocolate, any chocolate. Over the years, we've had a bigger spread, you just waste most of it.

''We now have some cheese, some bread, sodas, beer, wine. The guys that work with us like to have some Jack and coke after the show.''

David added because of his clean living lifestyle he can put everything he has into every show the band plays.

He said: ''I don't drink, I don't smoke - I expect quite a bit out of myself, out of the show itself. It's never just another gig, so if I didn't then I would feel I didn't take advantage of the moment.

''I would say that of anybody: football player, boxer. I never wanna feel like I never tried my hardest.''
