The Backstreet Boys are to be honoured with the 2,495th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The quintet will unveil its new pavement plaque, next to fellow boyband Boyz II Men's, on Hollywood Boulevard on 22 April (13).

The ceremony will help mark the group's 20th anniversary. They formed in 1993.
