his lawyer failed him by allowing him to be locked up before his trial. and now, his lawyer continues to fail him by allowing him to still be "locked up" with this other gov't supervised detention scheme. liberty and freedom of detention prior to trial is a right. he should of had straight bail set within 24 hours of arrest and back to work immediately upon posting the bail. this banton case thus far is a complete travesty of justice andd violation of most precious constitutional rights. he should suit his lawyer for malpractice, lost wages, ...
