Ben thinks appearing on 'Big Brother' is the "worst thing" he has ever done.

The writer-and-broadcaster is frustrated with the attitude of several other housemates - who he has clashed with after it emerged he nominated Sunshine in week one - and he now admits he is worried about how his appearance on the show will impact on his career.

He told David: "I can't believe I did this. I shouldn't have done this.

"I wanted an experience and an adventure and I did it; the worst thing I've ever done.

"Sometimes you gamble and sometimes you lose."

The 30-year-old Londoner later expressed his concerns in a chat with close friend Mario.

He asked: "Am I the most disastrous 'Big Brother' housemate ever? Have I been the one that's just gone form one sort of argument Slash accident to the other?"

His pal was quick to reassure him, saying: "No. You know you're by far one of the funniest though."

Earlier in the day, Ben had clashed with John James after the Australian accused him of being greedy and inconsiderate.

He told him: "Like you said, you're used to an environment where if you want it, you take it.

"The rest of the house think you don't have a certain level of respect for them by taking their food and not wanting to share it around equally."
