Legendary entertainer Bette Midler is returning to Broadway for the first time in 30 years to play famed talent agent Sue Mengers.
The singer/actress will star in screenwriter John Logan's new play I'll Eat You Last: A Chat With Sue Mengers.
The production, which will be directed by Joe Mantello, opens in New York on 24 April (13).
Mengers, who died in 2011, represented stars including Sir Michael Caine, Cher, Gene Hackman, Steve MCQueen and Barbra Streisand during her career.
