Beyonce has announced her and husband Jay Z's first child together is due to be born in February 2012. The R&B superstar revealed the news while appearing on Australia's Channel 7 on Sunday night (9th September 2011), where she claimed being pregnant has already 'changed her life'.
Beyonce has been quizzed on when she plans to 'settle down' for years, but the singer admitted it was finally time to begin a family, saying, "My husband and I have been together for 10 years, all of my twenties. I just feel like it's time and I'm very grateful that God has blessed me with the biggest gift any human can have". However, the interview has already begun courting controversy after it was alleged the singer was wearing a "prosthetic baby bump" under her pink dress. The rumor mill went into overdrive as the bump seemingly crumpled and disappeared while she took her seat. The singer's publicist Yvette Noel-Schure was quick to shoot down the conspiracy theories, telling ABC News the rumors were "stupid, ridiculous and false". The 30-year-old, who fell pregnant after taking a year hiatus from the music business, has also announced her plans to launch her own maternity line.
'Countdown', the third single from Beyonce's '4', began its radio airplay on 4th October 2011. It will be digitally released in the United Kingdom on 30th October 2011.
