Bobbi Kristina still ''talks'' to her dead mother Whitney Houston.

The 19-year-old only child of the 'I Will Always Love You' singer and her ex-husband Bobby Brown, says her mum has sent her signs that she is still around.

She said: ''I feel her [spirit] pass through me all the time. Lights turn on and off and I'm like, 'Mom, what are you doing?' I can still laugh with her and still talk to her.

''I can hear her voice telling me to keep moving, baby, I gotcha. She's always with me. I can always feel her with me. She used to always say, 'Do you need me?' And I said, 'I always need you'.''

Whitney's lifeless body was found slumped in the bath tub of her Beverly Hills hotel suite on February 11 - but just the day before she had spent the day curled up with her daughter.

In an interview for Oprah Winfrey's 'Next Chapter' series, Bobbi said: ''The very last day, I went to go get her. I said, 'Come lay down with me'. She stayed with me all night and all day, rubbing my head. I slept in her arms. All day, all night.''

Talking about their relationship, the aspiring singer says she was always there to sooth her mum's insecurities.

She said: ''She would come to me and say, 'Did Mommy do okay? Did I look okay?' I'd say, 'You're beautiful. You're fine. You're perfect'.

''Of course, we had our arguments, we had everything, but at the end of the day, that was still my mother, my confidante, my everything.

''She literally is an angel. I saw her hurt. I saw her cry. We held each other through that.

''Everything people are saying about her - all that negativity, it's garbage. That's not my mother. In reality, I know who she was. Her family knows who she was.''
