U2 frontman Bono has ordered a group of travellers to move out of land he is planning to turn into luxury apartments in the Irish capital Dublin. The rocker has tolerated the family setting up home at Britain Quay in the city's Docklands. According to their spokesman Martin Collins, the singer has been visiting the family for a year - even giving their children sweets - but he has now ordered them to move on. He says, "He told us we'd have to move. He was quite nice about it, but we told him we have nowhere to move to."

i dunno, but after a year of most likely rent-free living, which is surely generous by anyone's standards let alone Bono's, if they indeed are travellers they should be travelling! or finding somewhere of their own to settle down and pay their way, make a living, it's the responsibility an even privalege of everyone in the west.and for Bono to inform them himself is quite gracious. he could have sent anyone, but chose to bear the news himself. i like that. i think this sounds quite honorable. they may have no where to go as they were interviewed for this, but necessity is indeed the mother of invention. i'm sure they will be just fine. and we know what they say about guests and fish after a few days . . . . .sammi =)
