Queen guitarist has revealed he is a huge fan of Lady GaGa and is inspired by both her music and persona.
Brian May is inspired to make better music by Lady GaGa.
The Queen guitarist collaborated with the pop superstar - who takes her stage name from the band's song 'Radio Gaga' - on her track 'You & I' track, which appears on her album 'Born This Way', and during the recording process he was in awe of her talent.
Brian told BANG Showbiz: "I had a blast working with Lady Gaga. She's fantastic, she's very inspiring.
"She's a very human person underneath all those layers. I love her, she's great. The persona she's built up certainly seems to be working."
Brian also confessed he is a big fan of UK TV talent show 'The X Factor' and was thrilled to see the acts perform Queen and Gaga songs on last weekend's Lady Gaga versus Queen themed show.
He added: "I didn't used to watch it ('X Factor') but I have to admit that I've got sucked into now, it's very interesting. There are a couple of very interesting singers on there."
