Actor Brendan Fraser is battling to reduce his ex-wife's alimony and child support payments over claims he can no longer afford the bill.
The Mummy star split from Afton Smith, the mother of his three sons, in 2007 and their divorce was settled in 2009.
However, the actor now wants to have his annual $900,000 (£562,500) payments to Smith cut down, insisting he doesn't make enough money now to cover the costs.
The case has gone to court in Connecticut and Smith has accused her ex-husband of hiding his millions from her, but the actor argues he is not earning big money from movies any more and lists numerous "medical issues" which have hampered his earning abilities, according to the New York Post.
Fraser is expected to take the stand to testify at Stamford Superior Court later this month (Feb13).
