Chris Brown has received praise from a Los Angeles judge for doing a "great job" following the terms of his probation stemming from his brutal attack on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
The R&B star was back in court on Thursday (26Aug10) for a progress report hearing, after pleading guilty to the February 2009 assault on the Umbrella hitmaker last year (09).
The presiding judge was pleased with the progress report handed in by Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos.
Brown was praised for attending all of his court-ordered domestic violence sessions and for "working consistently" on completing his community service, reports TMZ.com.
The hitmaker is due back in court for his next progress hearing on 18 November (10).
