Bruce Springsteen has signed up to headline London's Hard Rock Calling this summer (13), one year after his set was famously cut short when he broke strict curfew rules.

The Boss topped the Hard Rock Calling bill last July (12) and brought out Sir Paul MCCartney for the encore, but organisers pulled the plug on their finale to adhere with late-night noise restrictions.

However, Springsteen can now complete his unfinished business after agreeing to once again play the event with his E Street Band on 30 June (13).

Kasabian, Paul Weller, The Black Crowes and Klaxons will also take to the stage when the festival is transferred from Hyde Park to its new location at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the former site of the 2012 London Olympic Games.
