Action man Bruce Willis is set to take a hit on the real estate market after agreeing to sell his New York City apartment at a loss.
The Die Hard actor purchased the Upper West Side condo at Trump Place in Manhattan in 2007 for $4.26 million (£2.7 million) but he has been unable to turn a profit on the property.
Willis is now selling the three-bedroom pad, with high ceilings and views of the Hudson River, for $3.9 million (£2.4 million), according to the New York Post.
