The sister of late The Knack drummer Bruce Gary is suing chiefs at Capitol Records over allegations of unpaid royalties.
Felice Catena inherited the rights to her sibling's music after he passed away in 2006, but she is convinced she is being underpaid for several of the band's hits, which include My Sharona and Good Girls Don't.
Catena has filed papers at Los Angeles County Superior Court claiming Capitol Records executives are only handing over a fraction of the download proceeds she is due from songs, according to Tmz.com.
Gary's sister alleges she is owed 50 per cent of net receipts from sales of his music on various digital sites, including iTunes and Amazon.
