Cee Lo Green took on a New York heat wave to perform 'Forget You' earlier today (22.07.11).

The 'Crazy' hitmaker did not appear to mind the sweltering temperate in the American city as he performed at the Rockefeller Plaza for the 'Today' show and explained to host Matt Lauer he is relishing the prospect of judging TV show 'The Voice' - which sees him sit on the panel with Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton - for a second season.

He said: "I love the freedom. I love the foresight. I love the future of it. It's really the endorsement of the underdog and that attitude, and we are a majority. I feel like I get to be an advocate of such a thing, and it's really pleasurable for me."

The 37-year-old Grammy award-winning singer was dressed all in white as he wowed the crowd with his performance that also saw him sing 'Bright Lights Bigger City'.
