Chris Brown is embroiled in a dispute with the residents of a Los Angeles apartment block who allege the singer is a bad neighbour.
The Kiss Kiss hitmaker has a condo in West Hollywood, but other owners have accused him of being a nuisance by allegedly parking his cars in handicapped spaces, playing loud music, partying and racing dogs up and down the hallways.
Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos claims the singer owns two of the spaces which have been reserved for disabled residents and is currently locked in litigation over the issue, according to Tmz.com.
